notbank.com Announces New U.S. Banking Partnership to Offer USD FBO Accounts

Individuals and businesses across Latin America will be able to access USD accounts with ACH, Fedwire, and SWIFT POBO connectivity, together with real-time conversions between U.S. dollars, stablecoins, and local currencies.

notbank.com is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with a major U.S. bank, expanding access to the United States financial system for individuals and businesses throughout Latin America. Through this integration, eligible clients will be able to apply for USD FBO accounts connected to some of the market’s most important payment rails: ACH, Fedwire, and SWIFT under a POBO structure.

FBO, or For Benefit Of, accounts allow U.S. dollar funds to be managed within a banking structure designed to identify and hold funds for the benefit of each client. This solution is intended to simplify the receipt, custody, and transfer of USD for individuals and companies with international financial needs, reducing the barriers that have traditionally limited access to U.S. banking services from Latin America.

The new service has been designed especially for importers and exporters, technology and SaaS companies, fintechs, marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, professional services firms, logistics operators, tourism businesses, companies with international teams, and organizations receiving payments from customers in the United States or other global markets. It can also benefit consultants, freelancers, investors, and professionals who earn income in U.S. dollars and require more efficient infrastructure to manage their funds.

Through ACH connectivity, clients will be able to send and receive electronic transfers within the United States in a simple and efficient manner. For higher-value transactions or payments requiring faster settlement, the service will also provide access to Fedwire. In addition, SWIFT POBO capabilities will support international payments under a structure in which transfers can be processed on behalf of the client, significantly expanding the possibilities available to companies with global operations.

The new banking infrastructure will also be integrated with notbank.com’s conversion services, allowing clients to convert U.S. dollars into stablecoins in real time. This means that a company will be able to receive USD into its FBO account and rapidly convert those funds into digital assets such as stablecoins, gaining access to institutional liquidity, competitive pricing, and conditions designed to optimize treasury and financial operations.

Clients will also be able to use notbank.com’s Any-to-Any conversion capabilities. Through a single infrastructure, funds can be converted in real time between USD, stablecoins, and the local currencies currently supported by the platform: Chilean peso, Argentine peso, Bolivian boliviano, Peruvian sol, Brazilian real, and Colombian peso. A company can therefore receive funds in the United States, convert them into the most suitable asset, and subsequently distribute them across different Latin American markets.

The combination of USD bank accounts, international payment rails, stablecoins, and local currencies makes it possible to address multiple financial needs through a single point of access. These include collecting international customer payments, paying suppliers, settling commercial transactions, managing corporate treasury, processing international payroll, disbursing funds, and reducing exposure to local-currency volatility.

For fintechs, wallets, investment platforms, and companies seeking to incorporate this infrastructure into their own products, notbank.com will offer API-based integration alternatives. This will allow businesses to build embedded financial experiences, automate fund movements, and offer USD and stablecoin services without having to create a complex network of banking relationships, liquidity providers, and local payment connections from the ground up.

During August and September 2026, notbank.com will open a special onboarding opportunity through its Founding Member Program. This will be a limited early-access window for the first clients interested in using the service, participating in its initial stage, and obtaining preferential commercial terms.

Founding members will have access to special transaction fees and ZERO SETUP FEES, eliminating initial implementation costs during the promotional period. Availability will be subject to compliance review, onboarding requirements, jurisdiction, expected transaction profile, and approval by the participating institutions. Individuals and businesses interested in the service can contact the notbank.com team to learn more about the account-opening requirements and request access to the Founding Member Program.
