# How do you get started?

## 1. Get your credentials to use the API.

To start using the Notbank API, the first thing you need to do is create an account on Notbank, then go to the API section and finally obtain your credentials.

### Create an account on Notbank

Go to the registration page at <https://www.notbank.com/account/register> and sign up.

Go to the API section at <https://www.notbank.com/platform/settings/api> and accept the terms and conditions.

### Create and save your credentials

Press the button `Create +` and copy your user ID, public key and private key.

## 2. SDK

Notbank SDKs have been developed to offer developers a robust and simplified integration with our services. All our SDKs are open-source projects and are available to the community on GitHub, which promotes transparency and collaboration. We maintain a constant commitment to the continuous improvement of these tools, accepting community contributions to ensure their optimal performance, security, and the addition of new features.

We currently have SDKs for Python, Java, and Node.
